How to edit logos in Dispatcher and Responder Mobile Application
You can customize the displayed logo on the Dispatcher main screen, the login screen, and the Responder mobile app by replacing the default NowForce logos with custom images.
To update a logo:
- From the Main screen, select Settings> Organization> Logos.
- Next to the image of the logo you want to change, select Edit.
- Locate and select the new logo image and click Open.
The image will appear for review in the logo box.
- Select
to close the logo menu settings and return to the Dispatcher main screen.
Notes:
- The size of the new logo image may affect the speed of image uploads.
- Image files must be in GIF, JPG, or PNG format with a maximum size of 5MB (resolution 100 x 30px).
- Updates to a mobile logo occur when the mobile device subsequently synchronizes with the server. The mobile application automatically synchronizes when a user logs in. You can manually synchronize by going to the info menu on the mobile device and selecting Sync.
